About the Class
Our Infant Room follows an individualized schedule tailored to each child. Babies thrive when their natural rhythms are respected, so our routines are built around each little one’s own feeding, sleeping, and playtime patterns. Diapers are checked at least every two hours, infants sleep on demand (always placed on their backs), and they head outdoors twice a day around naps and feedings.
A Typical Day
- 7:00–9:00 AM Arrival & GreetingsIndividual bottles or food as needed, floor play, and teacher-led engagement. School breakfast at 8:00 for infants on solids.
- 9:00–11:00 AM Naps as NeededIndividualized feeding continues; outdoor time based on each child’s needs.
- 11:00 AM–1:00 PM Bottles & NapsSensory play and quiet activities. School lunch at 11:00 for infants on solids.
- 1:00–3:00 PM Naps ContinueBottles, diapering, and floor time. School snack at 2:00 for infants on solids.
- 3:00–5:00 PM Tummy, Music & Story TimeOutdoor time based on each child’s needs.
- 5:00–6:00 PM Pick-Up & ConnectionIndividual bottles or meals as needed, plus daily updates with families. School snack at 5:00 for infants on solids.
