Celeste Brame is our Preschool Program Supervisor, overseeing Employee Relations, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Originally from Long Island, Celeste brings an Elementary Education degree combined with over five years of early childhood teaching experience and Director-level administration. She spends her time doing yoga, playing tennis, and baking from scratch. She is passionate about creating memorable and quality learning experiences for SECC children and fostering positive relationships with families.

Jessica Brumer is our Toddler Program Supervisor overseeing Operations and the Jewish Curriculum. Born and raised in Bellevue, Jessica grew up as a member of Temple B’nai Torah and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Studies. After over a decade of experience in the experiential Jewish educational world, Jessica has found her heart to be in early childhood education. She spends her time enjoying card & board games with friends, indulging in new cuisines, and going on walks in the sunny weather. She feels inspired to align Jewish Values and culture with the preschool curriculum and believes every child deserves kindness, autonomy, and to feel included in their community.

Heather Bailey is our Infant Program Supervisor, Enrollment Specialist, and Reggio Emilia Pedagogy. As a Washington native, Heather brings nearly 20 years of Early Childhood Education experience in varying roles, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys traveling, and spending time outdoors rockhounding with her husband. She is looking forward to inspiring SECC children in the exploration of their outdoor adventures! The values of SECC and its commitment to the children, families, and community are what inspire her to be the best leader she can be!

Lisa Loomis is our SECC Director. Originally from Michigan, Lisa brings more than 20 years of early childhood learning and elementary teaching experience. With over 10 years of Human Resource Management experience and 18 years of leadership and building successful teams. She has an MBA with a Human Resource Management certificate and a Bachelors in Interpersonal Communications and is always looking for new ways to expand her education. She spends her time inspiring young children through drama classes, creating new memories with her grandchildren, indulging in Strawberry Acai Refreshers, and has recently become an avid cruiser. She has a passion for ensuring others are inspired and is skilled at guiding students and staff to discover their true purpose and helping them reach their highest potential in their journey.
